This is the first time "Cottage on The Rocks" is being rented out. Old New England house with such coziness. One level for in-laws & Parents to enjoy every part of this home.
Living rom with large stone fire place. Looking behind the sofa you see a hallway where 3 bedrooms are located with one full bath and a half bath off the master bedroom. The view to your right is part of the living room looking out to the ocean.
Sweet area to the left of the fire place for morning coffee if you like.
Behind that sweet area is a door taking you to the sun porch and out to the ocean.
Just look at this wonderful sun porch with sliding doors making you feel as if you are outside. Looking at the sun porch from the outside you have your grill and the ocean right there. The corner table opens up for a lovely dinner for six. The photo above of the table and umbrella sits right outside this deck.
A small kitchen with a new refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave. Open cabinets for your dishes, glasses and cups. The pantry is right off from the kitchen with the back door to your left. A washer and Dryer is available in the pantry area.
The hallway will take you to all 3 bedrooms. This full bathroom would be on the left of the hallway. Bedroom #1 above would be on the right, with twin beds. On the left is Bedroom #2 with Twin Beds.
At the end of the hallway to your right would be bedroom #3 The Master with half bath w/shower. I am showing you two views of the bedroom. I promise you the pink curtain will be gone..

Longer than a week we can do a 10% discount. Location in
